DERBY MOTORETA'S

BURRITO KACHIMBA

They return with their new album entitled "Bolsa Amarilla y Piedra Potente", a work that delves into their distinctive sound between Andalusian rock, psychedelia and experimentation with synthesizers. The band, who call themselves the creators of the "kinkidelia" style, have evolved from their southern rock roots into an amalgam of genres including grunge, rough funk, symphonic rock and stoner, among others.

The album was mastered by Brian Lucey, renowned for his work with bands such as Arctic Monkeys and The Black Keys, which underscores the level of production achieved. Their music, described as a fusion between Los Planetas and Soundgarden, defies conventional labels and promises a unique listening experience.

"Bolsa Amarilla y Piedra Potente" features 12 songs that combine classic guitar rock with psychedelic elements and further experimentation with electronics, all accompanied by Dandy Piranha's powerful flamenco vocals. The band, composed of Miguel García 'Dandy Piranha' (vocals), Bacca and Gringo (guitarists), Sony Paradiso (bass), Papi Pachuli (drums) and Machete Carrasco (keyboards), has consolidated its position as one of the main exponents of national rock.

Since their debut in 2019, Derby Motoreta's Burrito Kachimba has stood out for their originality and energy on stage, collaborations with renowned artists such as Rocío Márquez and Kiko Veneno, and an extensive international tour. "Bolsa Amarilla y Piedra Potente" promises to maintain the band's legacy and surprise with its innovation and freshness.
