Therefore, LPA Beer & Music Festival does not provide, through its Portal, a ticket sales service to Users, but such sales service is carried out through "Tickety" and "Entradas Canarias", hereinafter 'the sales platforms'.

Consequently, LPA Beer & Music Festival is not responsible for the sale of tickets made by 'sales platforms' to Users of the Portal, nor for the use of personal data of Users that may be made by 'sales platforms' as a result of the purchase of tickets for events promoted by LPA Beer & Music Festival.

For any questions, complaints or incidents the festival provides the email eventos@ylang-ylang.es where each query will be attended personally.

Important: the deadline for claims will be closed one month after the festival.

  • The impossibility of attending the event or show (illness, travel, commitment, etc.) or the commission of an error in the purchase of the ticket or tickets (purchase by mistake) are not grounds for refund. The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current legislation on consumer and retail trade management.

    Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in case of total cancellation of the event.

    No name changes or refunds will be made, except in the cases specified in the general conditions of entry. The total suspension of the festival will be considered a cancellation.

    Therefore, the cancellation of a performance from the artists' line-up, for any extraordinary cause, is not a reason for a refund.

    In the case of return due to cancellation of the event, the expenses incurred for the assistance such as hotels, flights, etc., are at the buyer's risk and are not covered by the event promoter.

    1.2 In case of cancellation, the purchaser may ́ request reimbursement within a period not exceeding 14 days or as legally determined from the date of the public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer.

    The total suspension of the concert shall be considered as cancellation.

    If possible, the Organization will try to find a new date for the cancelled concert.

    For day ticket sales from June onwards, after having given the opportunity to request a refund to season ticket buyers in the previous stages, no ́ refund will be given in the event of cancellation of the concert due to force majeure.

    Force majeure is understood as established by the Spanish Civil Code and the jurisprudence of the Spanish courts and tribunals and, in particular and without limitation, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, labor disputes, strikes, war (declared or not), rebellion, hardship, shortage of or unforeseeable delay in the supply of raw materials or necessary goods, fires, explosions, emergencies, accidents, or breakdown of essential machinery, equipment or tools, action or omission of public services or the administration, sabotage, embargo, riots of any kind that seriously affect public order, epidemics or pandemics, any intervention or declaration of the Public Administrations (state, autonomous and local), health institutions or other bodies, both with respect to the prohibition or recommendation of not holding the concert, as well as any other event or impediment that does not allow or does not recommend the holding of the event referred to in these general conditions, as well as any unforeseeable, irresistible event, independent of the will of the organizer and beyond its control, and which also prevents the total or partial execution of the concert, and which cannot be overcome by the use of average diligence.

    In the case of refund of tickets, if the cancellation is not due to a major cause, only the amount of the ticket will be refunded, including, among others, the management fees. Travel, accommodation or any other expenses related to the show that has been contracted, are at the risk and expense of the buyer, without any refund of these amounts being possible in any case by the ticket seller or the promoter of the show.

    In the case of postponement or cancellation of the concert, and without prejudice to the rights recognized by these general conditions, the organizer may offer you a compensation proposal that restores the reciprocity of interests of the contract and constitutes a due and reasonable compensation. In case of a limitation of the capacity of the venue at the request or recommendation of the Public Administrations (state, regional and local), health institutions or other bodies as a measure regarding the COVID-19, the promoter will inform as soon as possible and will return, within 14 days, the full amount paid for the tickets to those buyers who will no longer be able to access the event due to such limitations, following the chronological order of purchase of the tickets: the last tickets that had been purchased will be the first to be returned.

    1.3 The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale.

    The resale of tickets is not allowed. The Organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. You must keep your ticket in safekeeping until the day of the event as if it were cash. The beneficiary of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized, assumes all responsibility in case the ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or forged, losing all rights to access the event. Only the first ticket presented and its code validated will be valid. Any ticket with the same code, which is presented later, will be totally invalid.

    1.4 If you provide data of an accompanying person, you are obliged to inform and obtain consent for the processing of their data, which are subject to our privacy policy in the following clause.

  • 2.1 The Organization will deny access to the site to any person if any of the following circumstances apply:

    2.1.1 The entry is incomplete, amended, torn or shows signs of forgery.

  • 3.1 The purchase of beverages or food within the premises shall be made by cashless system.

    3.2 If you wish to pay by card, you may do so directly at the bars / foodtrucks, but if you wish to pay in cash, you must exchange it for a cashless wristband where you can recharge the balance you want at the ticket booths provided for this purpose. Cash will not be accepted at the bars and foodtrucks.

    3.3 Cashless wristband top-ups and balance inquiries can be made at the ticket office or by asking for help from the staff at the recharge points inside the venue.

    3.4 The refund of the remaining balance on the cashless wristband can be requested at the end of the Festival, following the instructions on the festival website and within the stipulated period. This transaction will be totally free of charge. No refunds will be made at the end of the refund period.

    IMPORTANT: To request the refund of the balance it will be necessary to indicate the code of your wristband, do not throw it away at the end of the festival.

  • GENERAL REGULATIONS: In order to organize ourselves in the most appropriate way, it is important to pay attention to these indications regarding ages and, above all, the need to be accompanied and authorized:

    - Children up to 2 years old have free access to the festival.

    - Children between the ages of 13 and 17 must purchase their regular ticket.
