  • If I cannot attend, can someone else use it for me?

    The tickets are not nominative, although the name of the person who bought them may appear. Therefore, you can give it to another person. However, please note that you may be asked to show your ID to check your age when entering the concert venue, as minors are not allowed to enter.

    In case you want to give your ticket to another person, it is recommended that you request the change of name and contact email of that new person through the sales platform: incidencias@tickety.es or info@entradascanarias.com.

    Can tickets be returned?

    The impossibility of attending an event or show or the commission of an error in the purchase of the ticket(s) are not grounds for a refund. The user may not exercise the right of withdrawal or termination, in accordance with current consumer and retail trade regulations.

    1. Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of cancellation of the event. No name changes or refunds will be made, except in the cases specified in the general conditions of entry.

    In the case of return due to cancellation of the event, the expenses incurred for the assistance such as hotels, flights, etc., are at the buyer's risk and are not covered by the event promoter.

    2. In case of cancellation, the purchaser may request reimbursement within a period not exceeding 14 days or within the legally determined period from the date of public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer. The total suspension of the concert shall be considered as cancellation.

    Is it necessary to print the tickets?

    Not at all! We are a sustainable festival and have eliminated physical tickets to avoid unnecessary waste. For the same reason, don't print them on paper either.

    Take your QR code on your cell phone, have it ready before your turn to avoid waiting in line and enjoy.

    Will there be box office sales before the concert?

    Yes, there will be a box office, but you can still buy your tickets through our website www.lpabeerfest.com or the sales platform www.tickety.es and www.entradascanarias.com while supplies last.

    What does the ticket include?

    Only the access to the venue, which will give you the right to enjoy more than 25 hours of live music in a unique environment of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

    Where can tickets be purchased?

    Tickets can only be purchased at www.lpabeerfest.com or from the sales platform www.tickety.es and www.entradascanarias.com indistinctly. Physical tickets are sold at NYC Taxi Bar, only credit card payments are accepted.

    Can minors attend?

    Minors may attend.

    On Saturday and Sunday the Festival is an event open to all audiences, including children (until a prudent hour such as 23:00 hours, as indicated by current regulations).

    But in order to organize ourselves in the most appropriate way, it is important to pay attention to these indications about the ages, and above all to the need to be accompanied and authorized:

    Children up to 02 years old have free access to the festival.

    Children from 02 to 16 years old must purchase a special children's ticket.

    From 16 years old and up, they will have to buy their regular ticket.

    Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their mother/father/authorized guardian.

    To access the festival, a signed authorization form must be provided by the minor's legal guardian, which can be downloaded and handed in on the day of the festival, or can be filled out by the mother/father/authorized guardian at the venue's box office.

    During their stay on the premises, parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any action taken by the minor.

    In addition to the authorization, responsible adults must bring a valid ticket. They must accompany the minor at all times, as it is not possible to stay individually.

    Failure to comply with the above requirements shall be grounds for expulsion from the premises and shall not entitle the minor to any reimbursement of the price paid for admission.

    What happens if I buy the ticket from someone else?

    The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased through the official online sales channels (www.lpabeerfest.com or www.tickety.es or www.entradascanarias.com ). To this end, all tickets have different security systems. Also, the resale of tickets is not allowed: the code on your ticket allows access to the site only once. The person who has purchased the ticket assumes all responsibility in case the ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or forged, and loses all rights to access the venue.

    I can't find the e-mail with my ticket, what do I do?

    You should contact incidencias@tickety.es or info@entradascanarias.com and they will try to help you as soon as possible. Try to have your tickets checked several days in advance to avoid last minute surprises.

    Access for people with reduced mobility and special needs:

    People with reduced mobility or special needs attending the LPA B&M Festival will have a reserved area to ensure the best visibility and comfort during the live performances. Only one companion per person will have access to this area.

    The festival also has a limited number of toilets adapted for the access and use of people with functional limitations located in different areas of the site.

  • Where is the Festival?

    The Festival is held at the Parque Litoral el Rincón, previously it was held at the back of Parque Santa Catalina.

    The change of location is due to the fact that it is an area with greater accessibility: good public transport connections, easy low-cost public parking, bicycle lanes, and can be easily reached by walking along the Paseo de Las Canteras, which connects a large part of the city.

  • The ticket, pass or invitation allows all attendees to enter and leave the venue after validation. The loss of the ticket, pass or invitation will result in the loss of the right to enter and/or remain in the venue.

    If you leave the site and intend to return, do not forget to validate your entry at the exit to allow access.

  • For food safety and product traceability reasons, any food and/or objects (including containers) that could be considered a risk (that could be thrown or thrown at performers or the public and could cause harm) are prohibited from entering the venue to ensure the safety of the event.

    Persons with special dietary needs and baby food are exempt.

    There will be a food court with a wide range of food and drink for all tastes, including vegan, at affordable prices.

  • Yes, all of our points of sale (Bars, Foodtrucks, Merchandising and consignment) accept direct payment by credit card.

    If you wish to pay in cash, you must go to the recharge ticket office inside the venue and exchange the cash for a coin bracelet. With this bracelet, you will be able to pay at the flick of your wrist at any of the points of sale.

    If at the end of the festival you still have money left on your wristband, you can request a refund.
